In spite of the many challenges that 2019 has brought so far, I am thankful. Not least for lessons learned, and for friendships that have proven themselves through tough times.
I started the “decade” of 2010 in “transition.” That year, I left my comfort zone in Disney to retrain as an early years educator. As we near 2020, I find myself again getting out of my comfort zone, and finding joy in transitions.
Who knows what the next 10 years have to offer? All I know is that, wherever we choose to be— goodness, grace, joy and peace will always follow us.
